STANDARD ORDERS – Ordering a product from this website and choosing among the listed options is considered a standard order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The shipping charges for customers outside the USA varies greatly for each country. To calculate the shipping charge, I will need your address, along with the item(s) in your cart. At checkout, if you have an international shipping address, the submit button will notify me of your order. I will then email you a quote for the total order price, including shipping, usually within 48 hours. If you reply that you want to proceed with the order, I will email you a custom bill to pay online through PayPal, all major credit/debit cards are accepted. Thank you!

* Important information for International customers

• Payment through PayPal is required for all international orders, all major credit/debit cards are accepted.
• Some countries may prohibit such items and it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the local laws regarding the possession of ordered items.
• Your country’s import duties, taxes or other charges are not included in the Raven Studios total order price. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs.

CUSTOM ORDERS – Ordering something other than what is listed on this website, or something that is listed with your own personal specifications, is considered a custom order.

Please contact me by email or phone to discuss your project specifications. You’ll receive a quote for the price including shipping and you will have the following payment options:

1. PayPal or credit/debit card – I will email you a custom bill through PayPal and you can then follow the PayPal instructions for online payment, with or without a PayPal account. Sorry, I cannot take credit card payment over the phone.
2. Mail a check – If you prefer not to make your payment online, you can mail a check the old fashioned way. Mail your payment to, Raven Studios PO Box 610 Oracle, AZ 85623. Funds must be in US Dollars by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. Payment must be received by Raven Studios (and personal checks cleared) before products are constructed and shipped. For your own protection, please do not mail cash.

I personally make every product on this website. Orders are completed in the order in which they are received and I take the time to ensure that each item meets customer specifications. The turnaround time is subject to change depending on the current backlog of orders. When I receive your order you will be sent a confirmation email. I believe my products are worth the wait but I will make every effort to keep it as short as possible!

TURNAROUND TIME – Due to the current volume of orders, the estimated time of completion for orders is as follows:
1 item ordered: about 12 to 14 weeks.
2 item ordered: about 13 to 15 weeks.
3 to 4 items ordered: about 14 to 16 weeks.
More than 4 items ordered: Please contact me for a time estimate.

SHIPPING – Most items are shipped via the US Postal Service. Very large items are shipped via UPS ground. International orders are always shipped via the US Postal Service and generally take 8 to 14 additional shipping days.

I take pride in making quality products and treating my customers in the fairest way possible. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, I will repair or replace it, at my discretion, for up to 90 days after the date the product is received.
*Exclusions: normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse or improper care. Custom products, those that are not Raven Studios design or Raven Studios standard hardwoods, void this guaranty.

Due to the natural variation of wood color and grain texture, no two wood products look exactly alike and may vary from photographs shown.
