orders: (Ordering
a product from our catalog and choosing among our listed options,
is considered a standard order.) |
- 1) On line - Look through our web catalog,
make your selections, and follow the PayPal instructions for
payment. Pay by credit card or e-check. (Sorry,
we can not take credit card orders over the phone)

- 2) Mail - Download our
order form
(pdf file), fill it out, and mail it
along with your payment to the Raven Studios address above. Acceptable
payment is in US Dollars, by personal or cashiers check, or money
order. Payment must be received by Raven Studios (and personal
checks cleared) before products are constructed and shipped.
For your own protection, please do not mail cash.

| Custom
orders: (Ordering
something other than what is listed in our catalog or something
that is listed with your own personal specifications, is considered
a Custom order.) |
- Step #1 - Please contact us by e-mail or phone to
discuss your specifications. You'll receive a quote for the price
and you will have two payment options as follows:

- A) Paypal - If you let us know that you'd like to
use a credit card or e-check, you'll be E-mailed a bill through
PayPal and you can then follow the PayPal instructions for payment.
(Sorry, we can not take credit card orders
over the phone)

- B) Personal check, cashiers check, or money order -
Mail your payment along with a filled out
order
form, to the Raven Studios address
above. Acceptable payment is in US Dollars. Payment must be received
by Raven Studios (and personal checks cleared) before products
are constructed and shipped. For your own protection, please
do not mail cash.

Orders: (Orders to be shipped outside of the continental
United States) |

Step #1 - Overseas customers MUST contact us
by e-mail before ordering to discuss your order and additional
overseas shipping charge. Please supply shipping address including
postal code, so that the shipping charge can be calculated
accurately.
Step #2 - You'll receive a quote for the price and
when the order is finalized, you'll be e-mailed a bill through
PayPal. You can then follow the PayPal instructions for on-line
payment.

Shipping |
| * I personally make every product in this catalog.
Orders are completed in the order in which they are received
and I take the time to ensure that each item meets customer specifications.
Shipping can take 5 to 7 weeks after payment
is received. Large orders may take a bit longer. This turn around time is subject to change depending
on the current shop schedule. I believe my products are
worth the wait, but I will make every effort to keep it as short
as possible! |

- * Swords and small items are shipped Priority Mail via the
US Postal Service. Items greater than 6 feet long are shipped
by UPS or US Postal Service.

Guaranty |
| We take pride in making quality products and
treating our customers in the fairest way possible. If there
is a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace
it, at our discretion, for up to 90 days after the date the product
is received.* *(Exclusions: normal wear and tear, misuse /
abuse or improper care. Custom products, those that are not Raven
Studios design or Raven Studios standard hardwoods, void this
guaranty.) |
