- 1) On line - Look through the web catalog, make your selections, and follow the PayPal instructions for payment. Pay by credit card or e-check. Sorry, I can not take credit card orders over the phone.

(pdf file), fill it out, and mail it along with your payment to the Raven Studios address above. Acceptable payment is in US Dollars, by personal or cashiers check or money order. Payment must be received by Raven Studios (and personal checks cleared) before products are constructed and shipped. For your own protection, please do not mail cash.

- A) Paypal - If you let me know that you'd like to use a credit card or e-check, you'll be e-mailed a bill through PayPal and you can then follow the PayPal instructions for payment. (Sorry, I can not take credit card orders over the phone.)

Orders to be shipped outside of the continental United States

Step #1 - Customers who are located outside the US, please do not place an order directly on this web site. The PayPal program on this site does not take into account the additional shipping charges for orders to be shipped outside of the United States, therefore international customers MUST contact me by email before ordering to discuss your order and the accurate shipping charge. Please supply your shipping address including postal code, so that the shipping charge can be calculated accurately. Please also supply a contact phone number for the shipping form. (Required for international shipping)
Step #2 - You'll receive a quote for the total price and when the order is finalized, I'll email you a bill through PayPal. You can then follow the PayPal instructions for on-line credit card payment at your convenience. |

- PayPal payments are required for all international orders.
- Some countries may prohibit such items and it is the buyers responsibility to check the local laws regarding the possession of this item.

Turn around time and Shipping |

Orders are completed in the order in which they are received
and I take the time to ensure that each item meets customer specifications.
Order completion can take 6 to 8 weeks after payment is received. Large orders may take a bit longer. This turn around time is subject to change depending on the current backlog of orders. When I receive your order, I will send you a confirmation email and give you a more accurate completion date. If you need to know what my current turn around time is before placing your order, just send me an email or call and I'll be happy to let you know what my current schedule is. I believe my products are
worth the wait, but I will make every effort to keep it as short
as possible! |

Studios design or Raven Studios standard hardwoods, void this
